History

2024

At the beginning of 2024, your contacts in our management have changed. Since then, Mr. Marc Winkler has also taken over the management of IMS GmbH & Co. KG and will be available to provide advice and support due to his experience in the sales and installation of cable support and underfloor systems.
The founder and previous managing director Uwe Pasch is gradually retiring from management, but will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
IMS GmbH & Co. KG would like to continue the dynamic development of recent years with the rejuvenation process in the top management.
We will continue along the successful path of electrical installation, cable support systems and production with the customer in mind.

2018
With the establishment of IMS Slovenia d.o.o. in 2018, we increased our reach in Europe and were able to strengthen our range of services and capacities, particularly in electrical installation.

2017
In November 2017, the new branch IMS Projects SK s.r.o. has been established in Slovakia to support planning and execution of electrical projects.
In October 2017 IMS Trading GmbH was founded with a 3000m² warehouse and logistics center. By founding this company, we achieve significantly more flexibility and significantly shorter delivery times in the distribution and sale of cable support systems.
On 01.04.2017 a branch office in Switzerland was founded with headquarters in Zurich for the handling of major projects in Switzerland.

2014
In 2014, the branch IMS Electro HU Kft. Was founded in Hungary for the electrical sector to support the large number of our electrical projects.

2008
In the mid of 2008, the independent branch IMS Netherlands BV was founded in Bergambacht. From this date, Sjaak van Leeuwen was available as a competent partner for projects in the Netherlands. With effect from the first of October 2012, Sjaak van Leeuwen has retired and Jan Koopman has assumed his duties.

2006
At the end of 2006 ,IMS Bottrop GmbH which has been an independent sole proprietorship, still focused in sales and production of special construction until now, the IMS Bottrop GmbH & CO KG was founded. This Company contains and bundles electro mounting, sales and production since this date.
In February 2006, IMS Bottrop GmbH was founded which gradually took over the orders in the range of "mounting"

2005
Mr. Klaus Wendt left the company at the end of 2005 so that Mr. Uwe Pasch continued taking the lead of the company as a sole proprietorship
Due to the continuous growth of the company, it showed that the current building was no longer sufficient. For this reason in 2005 they moved to new building in the industrial park in Bottrop Arenberg, where the work was continued. In addition to modern and larger offices of the new building, there has been considerably more and larger storage capacity than before.

2003
Once it became clear that a large number of projects in the Benelux countries were handled in the first year, the company IMS Benelux BVBA was founded in 2003. This led to a significant simplification of projects in these countries, as now, Mr. Walter De Jonghe is in charge as the contact person for this area.

2001

In 2001, IMS Bottrop GbR was founded by Mr. Uwe Pasch and Klaus Wendt. Due to their many years of experience in projects, the best conditions for a successful launch of the company was guaranteed
